By purchasing or participating in any Infinity Health & Wellness offering, you agree to the following Master Terms and Conditions and the applicable Addendum for your selected service.

1. Scope of Services

Infinity Health & Wellness provides coaching and personal development services, including group programs and 1:1 coaching. These services are for educational and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any services.

Infinity Health & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation at its discretion if terms are violated.

3. General Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
• Coaching is a collaborative process, not a guarantee of outcomes
• Your level of participation directly impacts your experience

No specific results are guaranteed in any service.

4. Payments & Third-Party Processing

All payments must be completed prior to service access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe.

If financing is used via Affirm, it is a separate agreement between you and Affirm. Infinity Health & Wellness is not responsible for Affirm payment terms, approvals, or disputes.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing for a specific offer.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Infinity Health & Wellness (including videos, worksheets, frameworks, and written content) are protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Copy, share, resell, or distribute materials
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission

7. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the confidentiality of all program participants where applicable. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Health & Wellness is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Technology Disclaimer

Infinity Health & Wellness is not responsible for technical issues related to third-party platforms, including but not limited to video conferencing tools, email systems, or course platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

Infinity Health & Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

This Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Infinity Health & Wellness Master Terms & Conditions (“Master Terms”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in Lifestyle Positivity Foundations (“Program”), you agree to the Master Terms and this Addendum.

If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the Master Terms regarding the Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program, this Addendum will govern with respect to the Program.

1. Program Description

Lifestyle Positivity Foundations is a four-week, self-paced online health and wellness coaching and personal development program designed to help participants increase self-awareness, reconnect with what matters to them, and take intentional steps toward greater well-being.

The Program may include:

Four weeks of self-paced educational content, including videos, guided exercises, and reflections

Downloadable worksheets, tools, meditations, and other resources

Weekly live group coaching or community sessions

Access to the Lifestyle Positivity Foundations online community

Six months of access to Program materials and the associated community

One 20-minute personalized Next Steps coaching session upon completion of the Program

Specific Program content, resources, schedules, and delivery methods may be updated from time to time to improve the participant experience, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core services purchased.

2. Program Duration and Access

Lifestyle Positivity Foundations is structured as a four-week self-paced learning experience. Participants may move through the curriculum at their own pace during the included access period.

Enrollment includes six (6) months of access, beginning on the date Program access is granted. During this six-month period, participants receive access to the Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program materials, designated Program community, and weekly live group coaching sessions.

The six-month access period provides participants additional time to complete, review, practice, and integrate the four-week curriculum while receiving ongoing group coaching and community support.

At the conclusion of the six-month access period, access to the Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program materials, Program community, Program group coaching sessions, and any other Program-specific resources ends unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Any optional continuing community membership offered after the Program is a separate service and does not extend or renew access to Lifestyle Positivity Foundations.

3. Weekly Live Group Coaching

During the six-month Program access period, participants may attend weekly live group coaching sessions designated specifically for Lifestyle Positivity Foundations participants.

These sessions provide opportunities for reflection, discussion, questions, coaching, and application of concepts related to the Program.

Infinity Health & Wellness may record weekly group coaching sessions for internal business, quality, training, documentation, or other disclosed purposes. Recordings will not be made available to participants.

To protect participant privacy and support an environment in which participants can speak openly, participants may not record, photograph, screen-record, transcribe, livestream, reproduce, or otherwise capture or distribute any portion of a live group coaching session, whether for personal use or otherwise.

Participants are also expected to protect the privacy of information shared by other participants during group sessions.

One important addition: because you will be recording sessions, I would also have a conspicuous recording notice before someone joins their first session—not rely solely on the Terms. Depending on how you record and what is captured, consent laws can matter. Your Zoom/session opening could also display something like: “This session is recorded by Infinity Health & Wellness but recordings are not distributed to participants. By remaining in the session, you acknowledge the recording notice.” I would have a Florida attorney review the precise consent mechanism you use.

4. Personalized Next Steps Session

Program enrollment includes one 20-minute Personalized Next Steps coaching session upon completion of the four-week Program curriculum.

The session is intended to help the participant reflect on their Program experience, identify what they would like to carry forward, and determine personally meaningful next steps.

The session:

Must be scheduled upon completion of the Program curriculum and before the participant’s six-month Program access period expires;

Must be completed as part of the participant’s Lifestyle Positivity Foundations enrollment;

Has no cash value and is not transferable;

Does not constitute an ongoing individual coaching relationship; and

May not be scheduled or redeemed after the participant enrolls in an optional continuing community membership.

Enrollment in a continuing community membership indicates that the participant has concluded their Lifestyle Positivity Foundations experience. Any unused Personalized Next Steps session expires upon enrollment in the continuing membership and cannot be reinstated, transferred, credited, or exchanged for another service.

5. Participant Responsibility

Coaching and personal development are collaborative processes. The Program provides education, reflection, tools, guidance, and support, but participants remain responsible for their own choices, actions, implementation, and results.

There is no requirement to complete every exercise perfectly or follow a prescribed path. Participants are encouraged to engage with the Program in a way that is appropriate for their circumstances while accepting responsibility for determining what practices and actions are suitable for them.

No specific personal, professional, health, financial, emotional, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

6. Coaching and Wellness Disclaimer

Lifestyle Positivity Foundations provides health and wellness coaching, education, and personal development support.

Coaching may complement care provided by qualified healthcare professionals by helping participants explore goals, increase awareness, identify personally meaningful actions, and work toward sustainable behavior change.

The Program is not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical or psychological condition, and it should not be used as a substitute for services provided by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Participants should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical or mental health concerns and before making decisions for which professional healthcare guidance would be appropriate.

7. Payment

The current Program price and available payment options will be disclosed before purchase.

Payment is required according to the payment option selected at checkout. Enrollment is not considered complete until the required payment has been successfully processed and Program access has been confirmed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. When third-party financing is offered, the participant’s financing arrangement is governed by the participant’s separate agreement with that provider.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because participants receive access to digital Program materials, resources, community features, and coaching support, purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable except where otherwise stated in writing or where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

Failure to participate in, complete, or use the Program during the access period does not by itself entitle a participant to a refund or extension.

This provision does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Community Participation and Conduct

Lifestyle Positivity Foundations is intended to provide a respectful and supportive environment.

Participants agree to interact with other participants, Infinity Health & Wellness, and its representatives respectfully and to refrain from harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive conduct, intentional disruption, or other behavior that materially interferes with the experience or safety of others.

Infinity Health & Wellness may take reasonable action in response to serious or repeated violations, including restricting or terminating community or Program access as permitted under the Master Terms.

10. Group Confidentiality and Privacy

Participants may choose to share personal experiences during group sessions or within the Program community.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not share another participant’s personal stories, identifying information, screenshots, posts, recordings, or other private information outside the Program without that person’s permission.

Because group programs involve multiple participants and third-party communication platforms, Infinity Health & Wellness cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

Participants should therefore use their own judgment when deciding what personal information to share.

Group Session Privacy. Group coaching sessions may involve participants discussing personal experiences, challenges, goals, or other information they consider private. Participants agree not to disclose, reproduce, post, share, or otherwise distribute another participant’s statements or identifying information outside the Program without that participant’s permission. Participant recording of group sessions is prohibited as described in Section 3. While Infinity Health & Wellness establishes these expectations and may take reasonable action in response to violations, confidentiality among participants cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

11. Intellectual Property

All Program materials—including videos, recordings, worksheets, exercises, meditations, frameworks, graphics, written materials, and downloadable resources—are owned by or licensed to Infinity Health & Wellness and are provided for the enrolled participant’s personal use only.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, teach, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit Program materials.

Enrollment grants the participant a limited personal right to use the materials during the applicable access period and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

12. Optional Continuing Community Membership

Following completion of the six-month Lifestyle Positivity Foundations access period, participants may be offered the opportunity to join a separate continuing community membership for an additional recurring fee.

The continuing community is distinct from Lifestyle Positivity Foundations and is not an extension, renewal, or continuation of the Program.

If a participant elects to join the continuing community:

Access to the Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program curriculum and Program-specific materials ends at the conclusion of the six-month Program access period;

The participant leaves the Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program community and Program-specific weekly group coaching sessions;

The participant receives access to a separate continuing community;

Weekly community coaching or group chats are conducted separately from Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Program sessions;

The participant receives access only to the general resources designated as part of the continuing membership; and

Program-specific materials from Lifestyle Positivity Foundations or other Infinity Health & Wellness programs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

The continuing community may include a standard library of general wellness and personal development resources. The specific resources included may be added, removed, replaced, or updated over time and do not include access to the proprietary curriculum or materials of Lifestyle Positivity Foundations, Elemental Empowerment, or another paid program unless expressly identified as included.

The continuing membership is optional and subject to the pricing, recurring billing terms, cancellation policy, benefits, and other conditions disclosed when the participant enrolls.

13. Elemental Empowerment Enrollment Credit

Participants may from time to time be offered an opportunity to apply some or all of their Lifestyle Positivity Foundations purchase price toward enrollment in the Elemental Empowerment Program.

Any such credit is a promotional enrollment benefit, not cash or a refund.

Eligibility, expiration date, applicable Elemental Empowerment enrollment period, and any restrictions will be disclosed with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused credits have no cash value and may not be transferred to another person.

14. Technology and Third-Party Platforms

The Program may rely on third-party services for course delivery, community interaction, video conferencing, scheduling, payment processing, email, or other functions.

While reasonable efforts will be made to provide reliable Program access, uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund. If a significant interruption prevents delivery of a material portion of the Program, Infinity Health & Wellness will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative means of access or delivery.

15. Program Changes or Cancellation by Infinity Health & Wellness

Infinity Health & Wellness may make reasonable changes to scheduling, technology, delivery methods, or Program resources when necessary.

If Infinity Health & Wellness cancels the Program or becomes unable to provide a material portion of the purchased services, an appropriate remedy will be provided based on the circumstances and applicable law.

16. Relationship to Master Terms

All provisions of the Infinity Health & Wellness Master Terms & Conditions—including provisions regarding intellectual property, privacy, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and other general terms—remain applicable unless specifically modified by this Addendum.

By enrolling in Lifestyle Positivity Foundations, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review both the Master Terms & Conditions and this Lifestyle Positivity Foundations Addendum.

This Elemental Empowerment Program Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Infinity Health & Wellness Master Terms & Conditions (“Master Terms”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in Elemental Empowerment (“Program”), you agree to the Master Terms and this Addendum.

If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the Master Terms regarding Elemental Empowerment, this Addendum will govern with respect to the Program.

1. Program Description

Elemental Empowerment is a 12-week group coaching and personal development program designed to support greater self-awareness, clarity, alignment, personal growth, and sustainable change through guided learning, reflection, coaching, and community support.

The Program may include:

Twelve weeks of structured Program curriculum;

Educational videos, lessons, guided exercises, and reflections;

Worksheets, meditations, tools, and other downloadable resources;

Live group coaching sessions;

Access to the designated Elemental Empowerment online community;

Twelve months of access to Program materials and the Elemental Empowerment community;

Ongoing group coaching/community support during the included access period; and

One Personalized Next Steps Session upon completion of the Program, as described below.

Specific schedules, resources, and delivery methods may be reasonably updated when necessary, provided such changes do not materially reduce the core services purchased.

2. Program Duration and Access

Elemental Empowerment is structured as a 12-week coaching and learning experience.

Enrollment includes twelve (12) months of Program access beginning on the date Program access is granted.

During the 12-month access period, participants receive access to the Elemental Empowerment Program materials, designated Elemental Empowerment community, and applicable live group coaching sessions.

The extended access period is intended to provide additional time to revisit, practice, and integrate the concepts and practices introduced during the 12-week curriculum while remaining connected to the Elemental Empowerment coaching community.

At the conclusion of the 12-month access period, access to Elemental Empowerment Program materials, the Elemental Empowerment community, Program-specific group coaching sessions, and other Program-specific resources ends unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Enrollment in an optional ongoing Infinity Thrive Tribe membership does not extend or renew access to Elemental Empowerment.

3. Live Group Coaching

Participants receive access to designated Elemental Empowerment live group coaching sessions during the included 12-month Program access period, subject to the published schedule.

Sessions may provide opportunities for coaching, reflection, discussion, questions, integration, and application of Program concepts.

Dates and times may occasionally change due to holidays, availability, illness, technical difficulties, or other reasonable circumstances. When possible, participants will receive advance notice of scheduling changes.

Recording of Group Sessions

Infinity Health & Wellness may record group coaching sessions for internal business, quality, training, documentation, or other disclosed purposes. Recordings will not be made available to participants.

To protect the privacy of everyone participating, participants may not record, photograph, screen-record, transcribe, livestream, reproduce, or otherwise capture or distribute any portion of an Elemental Empowerment group coaching session, whether for personal use or otherwise.

Participants are expected to protect the privacy of information shared by others during group sessions.

4. 20-Minute Personalized Next Steps Session

Program enrollment includes one 20-Minute Personalized Next Steps Session upon completion of the 12-week Elemental Empowerment curriculum.

The session provides an opportunity for the participant to reflect on their Program experience, consider their progress and learning, and identify personally meaningful next steps for continuing to integrate what they have learned.

The 20-Minute Personalized Next Steps Session:

Becomes available upon completion of the 12-week Program curriculum;

Must be scheduled within sixty (60) days following completion of the 12-week curriculum;

Must be completed as part of the participant’s Elemental Empowerment enrollment;

Has no cash value and is not transferable; and

Does not constitute an ongoing individual coaching relationship or include additional individual coaching unless expressly provided elsewhere in this Addendum.

If the participant does not schedule the session within the 60-day period, the session expires and cannot be reinstated, transferred, credited, or exchanged for another service.

5. Participant Responsibility

Elemental Empowerment is a collaborative coaching and personal development experience. Infinity Health & Wellness provides education, coaching, reflection, tools, resources, and support, but participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

Participants are encouraged to engage actively with the curriculum, coaching sessions, exercises, and community experience.

No specific personal, professional, health, financial, emotional, relationship, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

6. Coaching and Wellness Disclaimer

Elemental Empowerment provides health and wellness coaching, education, and personal development support.

Elemental Empowerment is intended to provide an environment where participants can engage openly and respectfully. Group coaching sessions and community discussions may involve participants sharing personal experiences, goals, challenges, reflections, or other information they consider private.

Participants agree not to disclose, reproduce, post, share, screenshot, or otherwise distribute another participant’s statements, posts, identifying information, or personal experiences outside the Program without that participant’s permission.

Participant recording of group sessions is prohibited as described in Section 3.

While Infinity Health & Wellness establishes confidentiality expectations and may take reasonable action in response to violations, confidentiality among participants cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Participants should use their own judgment when determining what personal information they choose to share.

8. Community Participation and Conduct

Participants agree to interact respectfully with other participants, Infinity Health & Wellness, and its representatives.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, intentional disruption, unauthorized solicitation, or conduct that materially interferes with the privacy, safety, or Program experience of others is prohibited.

Infinity Health & Wellness may take reasonable action in response to serious or repeated violations, including restricting or terminating access as permitted under the Master Terms.

9. Sacred Commitment Guarantee

The Sacred Commitment Guarantee provides an additional layer of support for participants who meaningfully engage with Elemental Empowerment but determine that they need additional help with clarity, integration, or applying the Program practices.

The Sacred Commitment Guarantee remains available throughout the participant’s 12-month Elemental Empowerment Program access period, beginning on the date Program access is granted and ending when that access period expires.

To qualify for support under the Sacred Commitment Guarantee, the participant must:

Attend or otherwise participate in at least 80% of the core 12-week Program sessions;

Complete the Program’s core exercises and materials;

Demonstrate meaningful participation and engagement with the Program; and

Submit a written request for support before the participant’s 12-month Elemental Empowerment Program access period expires, identifying the area or areas in which additional clarity or integration would be helpful.

If the eligibility criteria are met, the participant will receive one additional 20-Minute Personalized Next Steps Session to review their progress, explore areas where they may need additional support, and identify appropriate next steps.

The additional session provided through the Sacred Commitment Guarantee:

Is separate from the 20-Minute Personalized Next Steps Session included upon completion of the 12-week curriculum;

May be requested once during the participant’s 12-month Program access period;

Must be scheduled and completed before the participant’s 12-month Program access period expires;

Has no cash value and is not transferable;

Cannot be exchanged for a refund, credit, another service, or additional Program access; and

Does not extend the participant’s Elemental Empowerment Program access period.

The Sacred Commitment Guarantee is a support guarantee, not a money-back guarantee, and does not provide or imply a right to a refund.

Eligibility will be reasonably determined based on the participation criteria described above.

10. Optional Infinity Thrive Tribe Membership

Following completion of the participant’s 12-month Elemental Empowerment access period, participants may be offered the opportunity to join Infinity Thrive Tribe, a separate continuing community membership for an additional recurring fee.

Infinity Thrive Tribe is not an extension, renewal, or continuation of Elemental Empowerment.

If a participant elects to join Infinity Thrive Tribe:

Access to the Elemental Empowerment curriculum and Program-specific materials ends at the conclusion of the 12-month access period;

Access to the Elemental Empowerment Program community ends;

Participation in Elemental Empowerment-specific group coaching sessions ends;

The participant receives access to the separate Infinity Thrive Tribe community;

Weekly Thrive Tribe chats or coaching sessions are conducted separately from Elemental Empowerment Program sessions; and

The participant receives access only to the general resources specifically designated as part of the Infinity Thrive Tribe membership.

Infinity Thrive Tribe may provide a standard collection of general wellness and personal development resources. Resources may be added, removed, replaced, or updated over time.

Membership in Infinity Thrive Tribe does not include continued access to the proprietary curriculum, lessons, materials, resources, recordings, or other Program-specific content from Elemental Empowerment, Lifestyle Positivity Foundations, or another paid Infinity Health & Wellness program unless expressly identified as included.

Infinity Thrive Tribe membership is optional and subject to the pricing, recurring billing terms, cancellation policy, benefits, and other conditions disclosed at enrollment.

11. Intellectual Property

All Elemental Empowerment materials—including videos, lessons, worksheets, exercises, meditations, frameworks, graphics, written materials, downloadable resources, and other Program content—are owned by or licensed to Infinity Health & Wellness and provided solely for the enrolled participant’s personal use.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, teach, sublicense, share, upload, or commercially exploit Program materials.

Program enrollment grants a limited personal right to use the materials during the applicable access period and does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

1. Coaching Package Description

Personalized Wellness Support is an individualized health and wellness coaching service designed to help clients explore their goals, increase awareness, identify meaningful actions, and create sustainable changes that support their overall well-being.

The Coaching Package includes:

Six (6) private 20-minute 1:1 health and wellness coaching sessions;

Individualized coaching based on the client’s goals, priorities, and circumstances; and

Relevant exercises, reflections, or resources when appropriate.

Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Coaching Package Duration

All six (6) coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months from the date the Coaching Package is purchased.

Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions with sufficient time to complete all six sessions within the six-month period. Purchasing the Coaching Package does not guarantee the availability of particular dates or times, and clients are encouraged to schedule sessions in advance.

Any sessions remaining after the six-month period expire unless an extension has been agreed to in writing by Infinity Health & Wellness or is otherwise required by applicable law.

Unused or expired sessions have no cash value and may not be transferred to another person, credited toward another service, or exchanged for another product or program unless expressly agreed to in writing.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Attendance

Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the client and Infinity Health & Wellness.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and managing their appointments and for ensuring that all six sessions are completed before the Coaching Package expiration date.

Client Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice before the scheduled session.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without forfeiting the session, provided the rescheduled session can be completed within the client’s six-month Coaching Package period.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments for which the client does not appear, may be considered used and deducted from the six-session Coaching Package.

Infinity Health & Wellness may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies or circumstances outside the client’s control.

Weekends and Holidays: The 48-hour cancellation period is intended to provide sufficient scheduling notice, including around weekends and holidays. Clients are encouraged to make scheduling changes as early as possible when an appointment falls near a weekend or holiday.

Cancellations by Infinity Health & Wellness: If Infinity Health & Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the session will not be deducted from the client’s six-session Coaching Package. The client will be provided a reasonable opportunity to reschedule. If a cancellation by Infinity Health & Wellness occurs near the end of the client’s six-month Coaching Package period and prevents the session from being completed before expiration, a reasonable extension will be provided for that affected session.
